I started smoking when I was 20. The only way I could let my stress go was through cigarettes. So I started smoking – not more than five cigarettes per day in the beginning – and it eventually became a big problem that I did not want to admit. Eventually, due to health complications, I had to quit. That is why I started this web site – to show you that you can be the master of your habits.
